I've given this book 3 stars because it does contain clear information in plain language. However it doesn't really contain any better information than you could find on a reliable parenting website. Small and easy to read. But, Gina Ford's "sleep program" doesn't seem right for my baby. She has you put baby down for naps at certain times each day. I prefer watching for signals that baby is tired and assuming the 90 minute alert period (as in the "90-Minute Baby Sleep Program" book I read ear... ...more
