BMW 320-323-325 Series 3 6-Cylinder Cars 1977-90-GP (Gold Portfolio)

The BMW small 'six' was developed in response to customer demand for more performance in the 3-series and was announced in September 1977. BMW exploited the theme cleverly, adding four-door, cabriolet and estate versions and granting 'factory approval' to performance tuners Alpina. The performance would satisfy the most demanding driver and throughout the 1980s kept the 3-series BMWs in the forefront of desirable and practical sporting machinery. This is a collection of contemporary road tests, model introductions, specification and technical data, comparison and long-term tests.
