Ok I am going on a limb here' know however i dare claim that the title of this article is totally
factual that BPOs are in fact among or else THE MOST overlooked Profit Centers in the Property
Becoming an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for upwards of 12 years I have came across many
Realtors and Brokers who may have said a lot of things in regards to the business I will be in
everyday, Oftentimes I purchase retail Agents or Brokers who arrive at me asking how you can
enter the REO business. However i rarely if get someone who asks "How am i allowed to start
doing BPOs?". Why? Well Let me dare to state that they just usually are not that sexy. Everyone
wants is the next REO King or Queen but who wishes to be a BPO agent? Fact of the matter does
BPOs is EXACTLY generate an income broke into the REO business and also to this time the BPO is
a big portion of my opportunity model.
But ok allow me to share what are the Objectors say:
I once did BPOs however was simply tired of caught for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It's just not
worth the cost!!!
My solution is NOT WORTH IT!!! Seriously??! Do you find it worth every penny in the event you
made an additional $25,000-$100,000+ annually just from the BPO business?
Are we being serious? What supports those numbers? Solution is My company does. Yes that's
right daily I process usually over 10 BPOs every day 50 every week well as over 300+ per month. In
the end expenses of my system I facelift $5000 monthly net and also over $60,000 per year net
from my business.
When individuals figure out they only want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs can be a total
waste I really feel that they are not the type of Agents or Brokers who have what can be done to
restore in the default servicing industry. Why? Since they're unwilling to visit any length to
interrupt into or live in the business enterprise. They need the important checks, they desire the
awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
But what they are losing out on is a huge possiblity to support thier existing businesses and propel
