Corporate Identity Guidelines
The identity and image of a company are among its most important assets. Edgetech I.G. Inc. depends upon
a strong name and reputation for success. To protect and enhance our brand, it is vitally important to be
consistent in how Edgetech is presented to customers, prospects, employees, shareholders, suppliers, the media,
government and others associated with Edgetech.
These guidelines are set to ensure that the brand awareness and corporate identity of Edgetech I.G. Inc. are
preserved. The standards must be strictly followed. Please direct any questions to Edgetech - see contact info at
end of this document.

a. Edgetech Corporate Logo with Tagline (Preferred logo) (Horizontal Version)
The logos shown below may not be reconfigured or otherwise altered except for authorized Corporate
Stationery. Only authorized logos are permitted for use on Edgetech literature. Authorized logo graphics will be
furnished by the Marketing Services Group.
Logo with Tagline minimum size: 1” wide / 2,54 cm
Do not distort the proportions of the stylized "E". The top of the word Edgetech must align with the top of the red
and the bottom of the word Edgetech must align with the top of the blue.

Format Picture — Size — Height & Width percentages in order retain the design’s integrity.

The logo may be used on a colored background,
but the colors of the “E” symbol or the 360 arrow
should not be altered and it should not be used on
a background that would make parts of the stylized
“E” or arrow difficult to see.

b. Edgetech Corporate Logo without Tagline
While the Corporate Logo with the Tagline is preferred, in some instances the Corporate Logo without Tagline
will be more fitting to the application. The logos shown below may not be reconfigured or otherwise altered
except for authorized Corporate Stationery. Only authorized logos are permitted for use on Edgetech literature.
Authorized logo graphics will be furnished by the Marketing Services Group.
Minimum size: 1” wide
Do not distort the proportions of the stylized “E”. The top of the word Edgetech must align with the top of the
red and the bottom of the word Edgetech must align with the top of the blue.

Some instances may call for the Corporate Tagline to be used individually in a space, but is only permitted when
the Corporate Logo without tagline is also used elsewhere in the application. The Tagline shown below may not
be reconfigured or otherwise altered except for authorized Corporate Stationery. Only authorized logos are
permitted for use on Edgetech literature. Authorized logo graphics will be furnished by the Marketing Services
Group.

f. Super Spacer® Brand Mark (with and without Tagline)
The Super Spacer brand mark is to appear in proportion to its environment and remain unmodified within the
parameters covered in these guidelines. The relation between the Super Spacer Logo and the Tagline (when
used) should remain fixed; the logo may not be reconfigured or otherwise altered.

When Super Spacer is used in body copy, it should appear in the same font as the rest of the text. It should be
shown with the registered mark the first time it is used; occurrences thereafter on the same page do not need
the mark.
The Super Spacer logo is not to be used as a super-graphic as in a close crop or a graphics treatment that renders
it in 3-D. Do not create stylized logos using the Super Spacer logo.
Do not create logos using the corporate identity elements. Do not decorate, distort, spin or animate the logo in
any way.

Edgetech has a number of registered and trademarked products and terms. When they are used in body copy,
they should appear in the same font as the rest of the text. They should be shown with the registered mark the
first time they are used; occurrences thereafter on the same page do not need the mark. When using graphically,
please use the proper logo. Logos are available from the Marketing Services Group or at
