Finance And Strategic Planning Team

Position: Strategic Finance Officer
Objective of
To maintain a sustainable financial situation in the Local Committee
functional team through planning, budgeting, allocation, controlling and reviewing financial
resources effectively and hence enhance the quality of experience of our
members.
To analyse the past and current condition of the organization and develop
strategies and advices for Executive Board and Elect-Executive-Board.

Role
The role of Strategic Planning officer will be responsible for execution on
various Strategic Finance part activities and assisting VP and managers in
implementations of plans.
Responsibilities - To draw in resources into LC to enhance the AIESEC experience of
members
- To manage resources in LC
- To allocate money resources for members
- To ensure LC financially sustainable
- To analyse the past and current situation of LC and create and develop
strategies for LC's growth
- To develop a financial model for LC

- Mid October to Mid November (participating in induction and training)
- Mid November to Late December (obtain knowledge on different
functional area and the whole LC situation)
- Late December to Early February (Fulfilling basic finance responsibility

our members.

- To find contact and target company or partners to raise sponsorship
- To develop tailor-made proposal for raising sponsorship
