Stoppage of Play:
Please test your Hardware and Internet connection before starting a
Tournament game. A Player, who is experiencing technical issues, may
call for a game restart prior the first minute of the game. The player must
be experiencing a hardware malfunction (e.g. monitor, peripheral, etc.),
a physical disruption (e.g. fan interference, table or chair breakage), or a
configuration issue (e.g. runes, masteries or summoner spells are not
properly applied). The player must declare the issue in public chat or to a
tournament administrator and then intentionally disconnect.
If there is a techincal issue after the first minute of the game, the player,
that is experiencing the issue has to declare the issue in public chat and
pause the game. If the player is not able to declare the issue or pause the
game, because of the technical issue, another player of the team has to.
If the game is being paused without any public declaration in chat, the
player has 20 seconds to unpause the game. If the player doesn't
unpause in these 20 seconds, the game stops and the opponent team
automatically wins. The Player with his whole team is now eliminated
from the tournament.
Every team that has to pause the game has to send us via E-Mail a letter
explaining what exactly happened, how it happened, what happened in
the pause time, how the problem got fixed, etc. If a team doesn't send
such a letter within 24 hours, they're automatically eliminated. If for
example Team Blue pauses the game for 2 minutes (declaring the issue in
chat), then unpause and then win, without sending a letter within 24
hours, Purple Team automatically won.
If a server crash occurs, the the tournament director or head referee will
decide either between restarting the game or awarding the game to one
oft he teams. As a guideline, a game victory will only be awarded in a
situation where one team was on the verge of certain defeat (e.g. Blue
Team is destroying the Nexus, Purple Team didn't destroy a single turret,
15k gold difference)

Unfair Play:
The following conditions are considered as Unfair Play:
1. The use of any cheat program and/or map hack program.
2. An intentional disconnection without a proper and explicitly stated reason
3. The use of any settings exceeding the standard and permitted settings
4. Intentionally allowing an opponent to win a game.
5. Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior such as inappropriate and/or
unprofessional actions directed towards another player or tournament official.
6. The use of a game bug that is determined by the board of referees
as being unfair
7. The use of an ineligible player (aka "ringing")

Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play
the offending player, at the sole discretion of the tournament director,
may receive a warning, a forfeit loss or will be disqualified from the
tournament. During the course of the event, the tournament director or group
of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play.

Rule Changes:
The Administrators are allowed to modify the rules at any point. Players are
responsible to check the rules on a regular basis. Every player signing up for the
tournament automatically accepts these rules.
