It is very well said that Health is Wealth. If the body is healthy enough, then can it work and
function to any positive extent. Healthy diet makes the body function properly and always lets you
do your job well. Slightest ignorance towards health can turn very deadly.
Effect of Industrialization on Health
As industrialization is increasing and development
is taking place in several nations, people's lifestyle
is changing. Most of the people are with good jobs
and work round the clock for their company or
organization. No doubt world is improving, but
this is causing some of the cons as well. The
primary concern is of course the changing weather
due to Global warming.
Another major concern is Health. As people are
more involved with their jobs and businesses, they
are becoming ignorant towards their health. This
is happening globally and very few nations are taking the initiative of focusing equally on lifestyle
and fitness. One of such nations is Australia. In the past several years, Aussie has not only been able
to amend its health related conditions amongst its population, but it has also been able to improve
them and set an example in front of the other nations of the world. Medicare holds the major credit
in this change.
How Medicare works!
Medicare is the organization that is funded by the Aussie's public. It is a universal scheme of health
care and was introduced in the year of 1984. This is the reason why the life expectancy is one of the
highest in this country, since 2013. The life expectancy in 2005 for males at birth was 78.5 years
and that of females was 83.3 years.
Medicare is considered the Master Program of the Government. It is the Department of Human
Services of the Australian Government that is enhancing the scheme. Medicare's headquarter is
located in the capital city, Canberra.

This scheme or body of Medicare holds the
responsibility of carrying out and managing the
finance from the people, for the betterment of
health care in the Country. It is not only Medicare
that put the major contribution in health
awareness, but the cooperation of the population,
also created a massive impact. Medicare also

Role of Boot Camps in Health and Fitness
Various Non-Government fitness camps in various cities are contributing to this health effort. These

Holland Park is situated nearly 8 kilometers in the south of Brisbane. The personal training in
Brisbane is through a fitness camp. In addition, the boot camp at Holland Park is a beautifying and
calm experience. Holland Park is an older suburb area that still has its wooden homes of post-
World War 2 standing still. This adds on to the beauty of the Park.
