Note :
1. Prices are firm and escalation free from the respective dates of Booking.
2. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices prevailing on the date of booking
shall be applicable.
3. Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) shall be payable extra @ 50/- per sq. ft. at the time of offer of possession.
4. Minimum Power backup applicable is 1KVA for 2 BHK and 2KVA for 3BHK, 3+1BHK units and maximum power backup
available is 5KVA. For 4+1 BHK & penthouses minimum power backup applicable is 5KVA & maximum power backup
available is 10KVA.
5. External Development Charges (EDC) & Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) shall be payable @ 450/- per sq.
ft. In case of any upward revision thereof or any other charges levied by Govt. agencies/authorities in future after the
date of Letter of Intent (LOI), the same will be recovered on pro-rata basis.
6. Registration Stamp Duty and other charges as applicable would be payable by the allottee before the execution of sale
deed.
7. Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra.
8. All units are of universal specifications only except penthouses & 4+1 Bed Room apartments.
9. ECC & FFC will be charged on actual pro-rata basis at the time of offer of possession in addition to the price stated
above.
10. Other charges as indicated in the Buyer's Agreement shall be payable additionally.
11. The above mentioned unit area are super area which includes covered plus proportionate share of common area such
as stair case, passage, community space, lift facilities etc. etc.
12. All building plans, layouts, specifications etc. are tentative and subject to variation and modification as decided by the
company or Competent Authority.
13. Price, terms and conditions stated herein are merely with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. For
detailed terms and conditions please refer to the application form and unit Buyer's Agreement.
14. In case possession is offered on or before 18 months of booking then all payments as per Time Linked payment plan will
become due at the time of offer of possession.
15. Possession will be offered within 24 months with penalty clause as per Buyer's Agreement
16. Cheques to be made in favour of "RPS Infrastructure Ltd. A/c SAVANA", payable at Delhi/Faridabad only. Outstations
cheques are not acceptable.
