The Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes
(OLHCHH) is an office within the Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) that protects children and families
from health and safety hazards in housing.
The Office was established in 1991 as the Office of Lead
Based Paint Poisoning Prevention.
