Photovoltaic System









The Photovoltaic System is a Solar Power Plant which converts the sun
energy directly into electricity to power electrical devises such as light bulbs,
appliances, air-conditioning units and others. The electrical output of this
solar power plant is also used to charge the optional deep cycle batteries
included in the system which enable them to store energy and provide power
whenever necessary (e.g. during brown-outs, evenings, etc.). The optional
inverter converts DC voltage to AC voltage to power conventional AC devises.

The DC18 solar air conditioner has been designed to make the best possible use of
costly solar photovoltaic panels. The DC18 can use approximately 40% fewer solar
panels than would be required by a standard AC‐powered air conditioner of the same
max capacity running off of solar panels through an inverter.

The system is perfect for residential, commercial, telecom, portable classrooms or
offices, or remote facilities where conventional or generator power is costly and/or
unreliable.
